Welcome to the Blog

My first post! Welcome to my blog, dedicated to my summer spent in Los Angeles. I will be doing two internships this summer - one at a small independent picture company and one at a web comedy show. I will also be helping out one day a week at a radio distribution company. 

This blog is designed to help me keep in touch with friends and family, as this is my first summer not home in Chicago :( My 3-month vacation begins in five days with a road trip across the USA. This will consist of approximately four days in a car with three boys, many hours of music-listening, and hopefully no jail time or other disasters. Should be an interesting journey.  

Speaking of leaving...I should go pack up my entire apartment. More updates when I actually get to LA. Enjoy the blog!
